Early construction work on Saturday morning. Some interior finishing issues (kitchen faucet, loose plinths). The tight space for the kitchen makes for less than ideal kitchen cabinet door ergonomics. Limited view/windows.

Although the flat is newly renovated and refurbished , there are some things to improve .It seems it is not being managed professionally There is not a kettle in the kitchen and when we told that to the stuff we got 2 different answers.One stuff said "we are not using kettle to boil the water in Spain, you can use pots for that" Another stuff said "there must be kettle , maybe it was stolen " We made reservation for 3 people and there were only 2 chairs for dining table.We wanted one more chair and only the next day they gave second-hand one There are only 4 spoons, knives and forks, not a big knife for chopping.Kitchen utilities are very limited It is difficult to cook a proper meal There are also some things to fix like shaking kitchen tap and roll stand But apart from all those , there is one thing we did not like When you are entering the flat , there is a construction in the main entrance of the building.They are renovating some part of the building.It seems it has been for months and I think it wont finish in a short time . But they informed us about the construction after our cancelation date is over and after we paid the money.This is definetelly not nice .If they would have explained that before we paid, we could cancel the booking So overall there are advantages and disadvantages of the flat.You should consider those when you are booking
