Location & very pleasant people.

There are some really good points to this property. The hosts Nady and his wife were wonderful and so helpful. The beds were really comfortable and it is extremely well equipped with extras that I didn't expect like hair straighteners, beach towels and toys for the beach and pool. It is just unfortunate that we were here in March and the weather wasn't very good and due to the orientation of the house, it felt quite dark and gloomy but I guess in summer this would translate to cool and more comfortable. On the good days the roof solarium was lovely and it was a nice touch to have sunbeds up there. It is an easy couple of minutes walk to numerous bars and restaurants and the paved coastal path is practically on your doorstep.

This little villa was like home from home. Excellent hosts on hand to help us with anything if needed. My brother is physically disabled and the bedroom and toilet downstairs was excellent for him to gain access to living room and kitchen with ease. Nady, Thank you to you and your beautiful wife, who was so accommodating, helpful and thoughtful and made us feel so welcome. We want to come back already.😁

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Cabo Roig. We were given such a warm welcome by our hosts and they looked after us so well. The house is like a home from home with everything that you require for a vacation. Excellent facilities, really comfortable beds and the home was spotlessly clean. Thank you Nady and Lamia for a brilliant vacation. We will be back!

Everything was great. Nady was on hand for anything, location fabulous. Very comfortable beds, clean and tidy would return without hesitation.
