Excellent position of the apartment - it is near enough to the beach, as well to the city center. It is quiet, which is very important to us. Apartment is cosy and comfortable, has everything we need. Central air-conditioning is great. Host is very nice and helpful.

Fantastic apartment, everything you needed, two bedrooms,which for us is a must as I'm a rubbish sleeper so like to have my own room. Clean, modern, great price. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Hairdryer, washing machine, plenty of hot water for a shower, air conditioning. Everything was great. Wonderful host. Thank you xxxx

The accommodation is well equipped and the cleanliness is 10/10. The host is helpful and friendly. :)

Easy to locate with clear instructions, taxi from Alicante airport was €20, C6 bus stops at the top of the street for €4! Felt very safe in the area, visited with my daughter- excellent security to in the apartment. Lots of space, exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable and nice crisp linen. Hot and powerful shower in a large cubicle. Modern fitted kitchen with easy to use appliances. Comfy sofa and plenty of tv channels. Everything in good order and nothing grubby or broken. Complimentary tea/coffee/juice/biscuits/chocolate was a very nice gesture. Included was toilet roll, plenty of towels, herbs/spices/oils, shampoo, liquid soap, washing detergent and bin bags. Extra blankets provided. Close to shops and tourist attractions, so much to explore. Would 100% recommend this place for a single/family stay.

Location perfect for us as well as neighbourhood
