We have stayed at orlando apartments before and the location is excellent. The site is quiet and clean with a good swimming pool. Staff in Orlando office are helpful.

To be improved

The apartment met our needs but very basic - there was no ice maker in freezer, we brought one not much money but a simple thing in a kitchen! Only 1 toilet roll provided! It could also do with extra pillows but overall it was clean and good value for money. Getting our damage deposit back was a bit of a problem due to supposed bank charges for BACS payments but we did get it back after about 5 days less a small fee. Perhaps this could be paid back in cash when leaving the apartment following inspection.

Great location and clean modern apartment and would stay there again

Couldn’t find a fan in room so could be hot in summer months . Easy to book but the host didn’t give enough info through text how to locate room . It’s a private gated community so had to wait for random person to let us in . Sat by pool bar to be met by cleaner with keys . Just small communication prob but other than that it’s fine
