EVERYTHING WITH THE ORLANDO.....HARD GETTING KEYS TO GET IN...GATE AND DOOR...BEDROOM FACING WALL AND MOTORWAY...NOONE TO HELP AS NO RECEPTION....NIGHT FLIGHT RETURN.. COULDNT LEAVE CASES.....NEVER GO TO PRIVATE OWNERSHIP AGAIN...sent

Instructions for access to the apartment weren't very clear. Took us about 2 hours to get access to the keys. But once we were in everything else was great.

Awful apartment and rude host ,safe didn't work so messaged her to see if there was a key ,no reply,ants everywhere again I messaged her ,no reply and then dirty yellow pillows under the pillow cases I am now blocked
