To be improved

Booking mentioned that the apartment was on the ground floor and for us that was important because we had a baby and many bags. That was completely false, the apartment was on the second floor, and had no elevator!! The air conditioner was not working!! and if you open the window many mosquitos will bite you! We had 2 terrible nights and the air conditioner was never repaired. In the end, my baby and the whole family were bitten by many mosquitoes, even with the windows closed. The apartment was located on a very narrow street, the taxi could not park and we had to carry the suitcases to the apartment. The apartment does not value the money
