To be improved

The staff. We received a poorly customer service, no receiving any instructions for check in and zero contact with their staff. We had to ask a local to made the call for us because they rejected all my calls, they haven't answered my WhatsApp even for a moment we thought that it was a scam. The Venezuelan guy who received us was very confrontational, with inappropriate attitude and blaming us why we didn't contact them through WhatsApp when clearly said that we have to call and no send WhatsApp, they need a better training because was no professional and extremely rude. When I tried to contact by WhatsApp the staff never replied. So, we didn't know anything about the check in, the exactly address where we should stay, and pretty much we felt so hopeless due to the bad customer that we had.
