“Would not recommend - poor service, photos don't match the room, still waiting for my deposit”

It was okay - location.

To be improved

The EUR200 deposit is unexpected and I was advised the day before I arrived that I need to pay it before I will be given an access code. Refund was to be made within 7 working days. It is now 20 working days and I still have not received my deposit even though I have contacted them a number of times. The room does not look like the photos, service is poor. I would not recommend Oshun Plaza Castilla.

Good location, great value for money, comfy and clean apartment overall.

To be improved

Wi-fi wasnt working Coffee machine needed to be descaled, so was not usable We got the incorrect door code, but was rectified once we called.
