It was dirty. Also if you like to sleep in the dark, this is not the place for you as the curtains are very light and there are no blinds. Plus we had a problem with a window that would not close and it took them 2 solid days (out of 4 we stayed at the property) to fix the issue. The kitchen does not have a kettle and some of the pans were not compatible with the stoves so we could not use them. Parking is complicated during working days. There is no supermarket within a walking distance.

Upon arrival I paid a 200 Euros deposit, which was supposed to be returned within 3-7 days from check-out. However, this happened 22 days later, after bothering continuously the hosts and Booking Customer Service. Moreover, we were counting on using the kitchen, which was not possible for the first night, resulting in us not being unable to feed 7 in total members of our family living in the room. Unfortunatlye, communication with the host was very difficult and impersonal and the problem was solved next noon. Quite dissapointing.

There wasn't a toilet paper and we had to buy it right after we arrived. We were also 7 guests and one of us didn't have pillow to sleep on. I stayed without pillow for 2 nights out of 3 even when asking the owner for both pillow and toilet paper she delivered it the last night so for me it was extremely uncomfortable sleep. Also it's very difficult to find as you don't really get any instructions,we asked the owner 24 h before our arrival but she hasn't replied. You come to block of flats with concierge and they know nothing so we tried to call her Spanish number and she said she was comin in few mins and she showed up after half an hour. Overall bad communication. Also we were asked to pay for deposit which is fine but it was supposed to be back in our account in 7 working days. After 7 days we contacted them to return our money and after she has done it. So it actually took longer and we had to request it ourselves!! Very stressful and time wasting.
