Very comfortable stay, impressed that the rooms were tidied each day. For us a kettle would have been more useful than a saucepan. Very nice quiet garden facilities to rear of accommodation.

Ma première grosse déception, c’est le fait qu’il est indiquée que l’hôtel se trouve a 36 minutes de la station de ski Peyragude alors qu’il faut compter 1 h 5 ce qui n’est pas la même après une journée de ski. Là deuxième choses qui m’a déçu c’est qu’en réservant j’ai fait une mauvaise manipulation et j’ai réservé une chambre de 4 en indiquant qu’une seule personne alors que nous étions 3 j’ai appeler pour les prévenir avant mon arrivée et ce matin au moment de payer elle me multipliait le prix de la chambre par 3 soit 210 euros heureusement alors que sur l’application j’avais bien vu que pour 3 c’était plutôt 134 euros ce qui m’a permis de ne pas me faire arnaquer car elle ne voulait rien savoir. Pour finir je lui demande la facture car j’ai fait un règlement sur place et elle a refusé de me la donner.

Repetiremos la visita al pueblo e intentaremos que sea en este mismo hotel :)

Todo muy bien ,limpio,personal muy amable

Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. Also we arrived Friday at 16.45 to find the bar was closing and the restaurant was not open that evening. Although we had no problems, are there any staff around to deal with something? Everything apart from your room is locked up!

We were impressed from the start as were served a delicious meal even though we arrived almost at the time that kitchen was closing The staff were friendly helpful and welcoming Our room was large clean and comfortable with a fridge sink and cooking hob Disappointingly there was not a kettle or saucepan to boil water
