“Apartment needs some maintenance”
The best

The apartment is in a quiet street not too far from the racing track. The owners are very nice and reactive.

To be improved

The apartment is not well maintained. Needs to be repainted completely, bathroom was not evacuating properly and we got water all over (it got fixed quickly), bedroom has a strong smell of humidity.
