Great location right behind PRIMARK. You don’t need much but still the room was quite big, clean. Good AC and shower. Beatrice was super nice!

To be improved

No closet which is quite important. The communication is via Booking and not WhatsApp like in other places.

“Good value room in central Madrid”

The hotel is decent value for the price. And as described in photos & description. The specific room I stayed in had a patio which really made it seem bigger and gave it a lot of value overall. Plus it was at the end of the hall which was better for less foot traffic outside. Important because was not a lot of sound insulation from the hallway. The main door and room door both were on key codes so it made getting in easy. Didn't need to have anyone physically present to check in. Location was good - plenty of places nearby to eat, metro is just a couple blocks down the street on Gran Via. If you are looking for a no-frills and clean place to stay, this will do the trick.

To be improved

If there was anyone in the hallway or any door closing from other units, it was pretty loud in the room. Definitely bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.
