Dirty floors, no air-conditioning, extremely hot in summer, and impossible to sleep despite ceiling fan (just circulated the hot air). No sunlight - even during the day it looks as though it is midnight. Tiny room with extremely small bathroom installed inside the room.

To be improved

Despite being warned by the landlord, the lack of air conditioning is a problem in the summer in Madrid, especially because it is a somewhat noisy avenue, so opening the windows was not an option. Maybe some kind of small portable air conditioner would be very helpful.

“Smooth Stay, Quick Support & Perfect Room in a Great Location!”
The best

The room was exactly what I needed - spacious, clean, and in a safe area, just a short walk from public transport. Even though check-in was done online, everything went smoothly. When the code to enter the building didn’t work at first, the staff responded immediately via WhatsApp and got it sorted right away. I also appreciated how quickly they replied when I needed a hairdryer; they let me know exactly where to find it. Great service and a very convenient stay overall. I’d definitely come back!
