“Great place to stay! Any problems you have will be solved quickly, because almost always a cleaning lady is at the place to help you. Even when some people were fighting all the time disturbing the other vacants, they were kicked out.”

“Nice apartment and very clean. Good location on edge of old part of town. Good amount of space · Cons: The long monopillow on the double bed was annoying. Stairs could be hard to decend if you are unstable”

“Good location and supportive online staff.”

The best

The property itself is very cute, feels like an oasis when you walk in and has so much potential. The location is perfect and about a 15 minute walk to most points of interest. There is a grocery store and bakery just outside the flats as well as a bus stop (which we did not use). Be mindful there can be a lot of steps if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage! Overall a pleasant short stay and would recommend apartment 10.

To be improved

My criticism is that I feel the place could be cleaned better and upkept as there’s a damp like smell in communal areas and some rooms. I feel more attention should be paid to communal areas to make them more usable and provide a more pleasant experience coming in and out of the apartments. We had trouble with our apartment due to the high heat in Cordoba and it being on the top, sun facing floor, as-well as the really strong unpleasant smell in the room. However, We were supported incredibly swiftly by amazing staff readily available with online support. Thank you Olivia and Laura. Once we changed apartments, the experience was a lot better!! The apartment was a lot cleaner, more modern and had a lot more privacy. The design was very different and so I would recommend apartment number 10.
