“Beautiful stay in the heart of Cuenca!”

Beautiful stay in the heart of Cuenca! Perfect location - 10 min walking to all the sites - super close to the hanging houses, a hiking spot, as well as Plaza Mayor. The apartment was spacious and had amazing views, and the indoor jacuzzi was an added bonus! Would definitely return.

To be improved

The upstairs AC was not working (it did work in the ground floor); however the host was lovely and at least brought by a fan when we asked - so all was fine. Thank you again!

“Quiet and safe location in the old town. Spacious room with everything you need. · Cons: The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which was very, very unpleasant. There was also a smell that came from the sink, which got very bad after our second night. The toilet flush was also a little bit faulty, and water would sometimes continue running after flushing. The self-check in was easy, but we didn't see a single member of staff during our stay. However, we did receive several messages, some chasing up if we hadn't had time to answer yet, which somewhat dampeded our enjoyment. They insisted on knowing exactly when we would be leaving the property in the morning, although we hadn't decided yet and check out time was clearly stated as 11 o clock. This felt unnecessary and made us feel preassured to leave before the check out time because they wanted to start the cleaning.”
