Very little. There are some building works opposite at the moment but the builders don't start until 8 a.m. so it didn't bother us.

I would strongly advise not to rent this appartment. We rented appartment B and when we came into the appartment there is a smell of mould. It most likely originates from the bath room since the smell was strongest there and there was also an electric air freshner there to disguise the smell. We were two people who was going to stay there one night but one of us is more sensitive about mould and it was not an option to stay. We were there only about 1 hour and decided we have to get another place to stay. We told the person we were renting from directly via text message and informed them about the problem and telling them that this appartment should not be rented out before the mould problem is fixed and that we wanted a refund since the appartment was not in acceptable condition. They offered to pay back 20 EUR which we declined. Nothing less then a full refund would have been appropriate because of the mould problem in our opinion. We can only strongly advise not to rent from this appartment owner. They are more interested in maximising there profit then on the health of the people that rent from them. We also will advise booking.com to take down their listing until the mould problem has been fixed. We rented 2:nd to 3:rd of April 2025.

terrible mold and sewage smell (bathroom is especially bad). Very noisy area. No access to a trash bin (??). No lock on the door. Overpriced - having in mind the provided conditions.

Details are not very well taken care of, the drains are really stinky and the air in the room not fresh. Could have been cleaner and overall rusty details and doors that don’t close properly. The photos of the property are misleading and I feel that value-price is just not fair.
