“Location, lady on check-out was quite pleasant · Cons: The man at reception when we checked in. He couldn't have been more disinterested if he tried. Also we didn't know that they did not offer a breakfast service. Surprising for a hotel of that size. I also booked this hotel for a few days later (no other options were appearing on booking.com at that stage). They accepted the booking and then cancelled it, leaving us in the lerch”

“Lovely stay in a great suite”
The best

Upgraded to a lovely suite with balconies and comfortable sofa. Bed was comfy and bathroom very well appointed. Swimming pool and grounds were nice.

To be improved

There was a function one night which was loud. Water was a bit hot and cold in the shower.
