The best

It was in the area we liked (trafalgar), easy access. 2 BR (I had not noticed, as I thought it had only 1 BR). one small kitchen and living room.

To be improved

They are very very strict with check in and check out times. I had to give my luggage to Luggit 36€) a service that stores your luggage as it was not possible to check in before 3pm. However on the day out, check out was at 11am. The cleaning lady rang the bell at 1040am (told her to wait 20 min), 1058am, and at 11am sharp rang again and entered the apartment to clean, as we were finishing packing. 5 more minutes would have been enough. 1 BR is on the street level (ground floor) and could have been noisy. We stayed in the other room (very small). Too expensive for what it is, tehre are nicer and bigger apartments in that neighborhood.

Clean and nice apartment. Great location! Great for four people (not 5). The apartment has two rooms with two really nice beds. One of them is very small though. It just fit the double bed so even to move around the bed to leave the room is difficult.

To be improved

But the sofa bed is horrible to sleep in! So the person who sleeps there had very uncomfortable nights. The door of the bathroom can’t be close from the outside, which means all smells can be felt around once you leave. Also the extractor of the bathroom is always on and it’s very noisy for the people sleeping in the room adjacent to it.

The best

Very modern and nicely decorated. Location was great. We loved Chamberi. Lots of great cafes and restaurants. Very close to several metro stations. Grocery store crossing the street was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

To be improved

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Would be nice to change the mattress. We were five using one bathroom. Would’ve been better if it had two bathrooms
