“Disappointing stay overall.”

To be improved

The apartment was in a very old building with almost no renovations—definitely not what you'd expect for the price. Bedsheets, curtains, and the stove were broken, mold in the fridge and air conditioning. WIFI did not work at all, no fire alarms in the whole apartment. Trash from previous guests left outside, loud music played until midnight, floors were dirty. Reception didn’t help when we asked for assistance. Stay felt more like a 1-star experience and should have cost a quarter of what we paid.

“Good overall hotel, good value for money, excellent location but with some room for improvement”

The best

Location is wonderful, very near the beach. Food of Lunch and Dinner were good. Overall the hotel space is good. Good value for the money.

To be improved

1. Organization: we were 6 for instance, and we like to go early on breakfast that start at 8AM. Well at 8AM not all the rooms are open and there are limited seats for 6 people. Even if it's half empty hotel staff insisted on put us on a two tables space that is comfortable for 4 people, not 6. With so many vacant tables is just to annoy clients. 2. Service: Also on breakfast omelets service are only open at 8:15-8:20, well, if it's open at 8 all services should be open at 8. 3. Organization: Also on meals, second room with more tables only open when it's crowded, means that on lunch and dinner only one spot to get drinks until it's crowded. Again just to annoy clients that need to walk the full restaurant distance to get a drink when the second spot was right next to us, but closed. 4. Room: Only one bathroom for 6 is not easy, but here was our fault we should read more carefully the room description. 5. Bags room: No one puts an label on the suitcase with the room number, people just go inside bags room and remove bags without even a employee of the Hotel. And of course a note saying that hotel does not take responsibility on the bags. For a 4* hotel expected much more, specially like was our case that had to leave the suitcases on the hotel on the checkout day. 6. Pools: Too much chlorine for me, children didn't complained but I couldn't be on the pool for more and a couple minutes without eyes starting to cry.

“The location and food were very good. Lots of choices in the restaurant, and the staff there were helpful and smiley. · Cons: Very slow check in, staff very unhelpful. No parking was available, when asked where we could park, we were told a carpark up the road. This carpark had no overnight parking. We parked on the roadside and had to feed the meter every 4 hours. Plus side it was free parking from 9pm to 10am. But it took 1.5 hours to find somewhere to park. The air conditioning and fridge didn't work, but the maintenance man came quickly and sorted both problems. The pillows are terrible and both of us got up with painful necks. The hotel seems tired and in need of some TLC.”
