Katherine is so kind and considerate by greeting us at the garage, where to park a big van would have been difficult. Her patience, professionalism and hospitality is top class! I would wholeheartedly recommend her apartment to anyone.

“Wonderful modern apartment in Central Granada”

The location of the apartment is excellent! Multiple grocery stores, ATMs and cultural/historical sites are within a short distance from the apartment. I received multiple text messages prior to my arrival instructing me how to gain entry into the building and a list of tourist sights in the area. Katherina was wonderful! She met me a the front door of the apartment building and personally explained to me how to gain entry into the building and apartment, how to activate the smart panel in the apartment, how to use the on site washer/dryer unit, and provided me a list of some of her favorite restaurants in the area. Katherina answered all of my questions and helped me arrange transportation during my stay in Granada. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with multiple windows so the natural light was fantastic! I also had a private terrace. The interior design of the apartment is lovely with many unusual touches. The kitchen was well-equipped and coffee, tea and hot chocolate packets were provided. The apartment had multiple electrical outlets for charging and the WiFi signal was strong and consistent.

To be improved

I am a light sleeper and I was in Granada during Holy Week so there were many people visiting and everything was crowded. There is a popular bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment building that was very noisy at night, especially on the weekends. Even with the windows closed, there was a lot of street noise. The bathroom was very small and it was difficult to open the shower door enclosure due to the small footprint of the place. There was no safe in the apartment to safe guard important items.
