Excellent location with beautiful views, though some find the parking situation challenging.

Overall a wonderful experience with minor drawbacks like parking and noise.

“Cons: I was quite disappointed to be charged for parking at check-out. At check-in, I was not informed that parking was subject to a fee. During the first two days, the gate opened automatically both when entering and exiting, with no code or validation required. This gave me the clear impression that parking was complimentary for hotel guests. On the third day, when the gate did not open upon exit, I was told to leave my license plate number at reception. I did so immediately, but no one explained that this would lead to a charge. I naturally assumed it was for internal record-keeping purposes. It would have been essential to clarify at that moment that parking was not free of charge. Even more surprising is the fact that the parking area is outdoors, adjacent to the hotel, and located in an area where public street parking is readily available nearby. Had I known there was a fee, I would have simply parked elsewhere. Lastly, the staff member at check-out, despite hearing my account, just smiled and commented, “luckily it wasn’t me who did your check-in,” and offered a 10% discount as if that made up for the situation. This is not about the money, but rather about the lack of transparency, the unprofessional handling, and the overall sense that the issue could have been entirely avoided with clearer communication.”

“A pleasing stay”
Location: perched on a small hillside, the hotel offers an amazing view of the arenal d'en castell bay. The beach below is a short, but steep, 5 min walk. The town is small and quiet. It doesn't offer much past 11pm. Public transportation is somewhat lacking. Overall, it's a good central-ish place if you're looking for rest and a pivot to go around the island. Hotel: spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was on point. Pool was ok if you're into that, but it gets crowded. Gym was fine. The restaurant offers a varied buffet that changes throughout the week (except breakfast). It gets a bit busy, but never to the point of being cumbersome. The food was alright for a buffet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All around, you get what you pay for, no more, no less.
Nothing in particular.
“Nothing beats Summer time in Menorca.”
Location was outstanding, just a few steps down and you were in the beach. Facility was clean, just elevators a bit busy but not complaints since it is summer. Pool after the beach was a plus

“The perfect place for a solo traveller!”
The best hotel in Arenal d'en Castell! The facilities are all new and of a high standard. The staff are all friendly and professional. The adults only pool is great, there are loads sun lounges and umbrellas.
Nothing - everything was perfect.
