Good proximity to beaches, castle, shops.. Very good secure underground parking .

Offered discount on drinks at adult only bar, but it was closed.

“lovely hotel, super location, the staff could fo with some customer service refresher training”

Great location, super hotel, good value for money, pool, spa, comfy rooms. Friendly and accomodating reception staff.

To be improved

The breakfast was poor quality and the restaurant staff were grumpy, disengaged and not attempting to cover it up. The spa staff were equally pretty rude. The sauna was broken as was one of the experience showers and some kind of plunge pool and there was no notices regarding this or forewarning.

1. For a hotel claiming to be a 4 stars: there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. 2. To go to indoor pool they charge 22 euro per hour! If you have a kid that slot is limited between only certain hours. 3. Staff barely spoke any english and in most cases was unfriendly. 4. I would say this hotel could be a 3 star but not 4
