Well located closer to the beach It was clean but basic Plenty of wardrobe space and liked the complimentary water filters around the hotel

Reception staff were very abrupt and unfriendly The bathroom was constantly flooding because of the shower set up

The best

The location of the hotel was right on the "Ironman" competition starting point - that was great for our needs. The room was big. A lot of free parking.

To be improved

We came late at night and couldn't find where to collect the key. The complex is very big and you need to walk about 3 minutes to get to the restaurant for breakfast.

Only stayed one night but the rooms were clean, good location. Quiet at night so a good night sleep. Would go back.

Location was excellent Rooms were spotless Cleaner in every day

To be improved

No elevator We Were not told this on arrival Found reception staff not pleasant. They Were not welcoming to guests. No way helpful. Somewhat rude. Have stayed in Mallorca 12 times and this was our worse experience. Wouldn’t give it a two star rating.
