Palmanova Suites by TRH

Excellent location. Nice hotel.

Paid 180 pounds for 2 nights. Flight was cancelled till the next day and I emailed them straight away to let them know. Came the next day and they had sold our rooms and booked us into another hotel. We had friends also staying in the hotel and they said it was our fault and tuff. They said they’d get a taxi, taxi turned up and full on argument in the street about the cost between the hotel and taxi driver wouldn’t. Eventually left to the other hotel. Spoke with booking.com and they said they’d try and get some money back but hotel says no. DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS JOKE OF A HOTEL. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE

Hotel is a good location, very basic hotel needs a bit of work, rooms looks lovely but dirty. We had stains on the bed sheet and blood on the wall. Pool is a lot smaller than picture. We had a group called utopia here some sort of team building business thing. literally 18-30s took over hotel massive group of young adults doing exercises by the pool in the ball court. I would avoid personally and there is the biggest hill outside you have to trek up and down every day. If you have young kids I would avoid.

We are currently staying at palmanova suites, this hotel is not 4 stars at all, firstly at check in the lady was rude she just handed us our room keys and some pieces of paper to tell us about hotel! No information at all, we couldnt find our room and had to go back reception to ask where it was and all she did was point at a corridor and said that way miss! Then we paid extra for a self catering apartment which faces out to a graffiti wall and laneway! We seen on their website that they had a nice area with big beds and artificial grass to chill out in and when i went to reception to ask about where this was he abrubtly told us no we dont have this area here, so your pictures online are untrue so dont believe to look forward to having this nice area, we then went down for breakfast which cost a massive 28euro and all they had was overcooked bacon brocolli onion rings, and no options, all cakes are in packets and coffee is terrible! We would not reccomend this hotel as its misleading, terrible service and food is not edible, especially for 28 euro! Steer clear!!

A little better than expected! Great location for Magaluf and Palma Nova beaches, restaurants and bars. Girls holiday (over 40's) and couldn't have asked for more. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Only downside was sofa bed in lunge (my bed for the trip) had such a poor mattress over a solid metal frame, that I had to sleep width ways on at the end, where the base was webbed, as it was so uncomfortable otherwise. There was also no bedding or towels for the 3rd person in the room, and when we asked at reception they said we needed to take them back to the room ourselves, they wouldn't be delivered. We ate out but you could have easily made breakfast and lunches in the kitchenette. Pool area was surprisingly quiet and civilised, there were some families, not just groups.
