Unfortunately one of the main reasons for booking this Villa was the heated pool. When we arrived the host stated the motor heating the pool was broken and he couldn't do anything about it. We did advise him that had he advised us if this beforehand we would have cancelled the booking, but he wasn't interested. In addition the bedrooms and the flat in the outbuilding all had signs of major damp, as plaster had bubbled and was falling off the walls. The furniture was worn out and coming apart in places. The hottub was dirty with cover falling apart. Pure Luxury I am sure. All in all very unsatisfactory especially considering the amount of monies paid. After repeatedly requesting compensation the host agreed to refund monies but to date despite assurances and fake pictures of payments being made no payment has been forthcoming. Booking.com have also been absolutely useless as despite photographic evidence being provided they state they cannot pay the compensation or intervene without the Hosts permission, which is absolutely ludicrous as they were happy enough to take the payment. So all in all very poor service. STAY AWAY!
