Paloma Beach Apartments

The hotel is good but a few things let’s it down. Expect echoing noises everywhere late at nights when guests walk by especially with tapping sounds when wheeled suitcases go past on tiled floors. You will hear dogs barking, ferries sounding their horns, car engines, dogs barking and etc depending on where your bedroom is sited. The tall slim Receptionist guy not very friendly on my visits to reception. Had to wait on one occasion for him to finish his email before being served. Boyd was the opposite and was very helpful and informative. In short “Fantastic” as said by the 2 ladies staying near the reception area. Very willing and informative. One receptionist said “he is only a maintenance guy” when I asked for him but the “Maintenance guy” is a brilliant receptionist and shines above all. Room WiFi does not work even after the receptionist had come to the room to fix it. Would have given one star review for this as most guests expect WiFi these days when it says it’s available on websites. Alternative Guest WiFi had poor signal and works only at times and ended up paying for my WiFi.... not good! Cleaner once in 11 days. Room not cleaned but towels and bedsheets changed. I had to ask for towels which Boyd happily obliged after 5 days when he was heading in another direction. Well done! Apartment spacious and well laid out with large balcony. Standard room did not have a fan or air condition. Location 25 mins walk to centre. CAN‘T WRITE MORE. ONLY 1490 CHARACTERS!!!

No handle holds in shower/bath. Overall very good service. Stayed several times.Highly recomended

Beautiful well maintained apartment close to supermarket and the resort front.

A British enclave right next to the shore with a number of adequate bars and restaurants associated with it. Kareoke and life music every night.

Bigger that expected full cooker and hob quite area
