“It was okay, but wouldn’t go back.”

The poolside area was stunning. The rooms were clean.

To be improved

The rooms were tiny, with no space to get ready. The walls were so thin that we were woken up regularly with banging. The bathroom smelt of sewage. The bar didn’t open until late so there was nowhere to buy a drink or water bottle. The main town was a 45 minute walk away so in a poor location.

Good boutique property, didn’t feel crowded despite being full. Nice laid back atmosphere.

To be improved

Food service could be quicker at times with Paella taking about an hour to arrive. In fairness though the menu does advise to preorder it.

“Lovely quiet relaxed hotel with friendly staff”

The hotel is situated in a quiet access road with an easy walk down to the beach and promenade. Conveniently located for Puerto Banus and Marbella. The hotel itself has a very relaxed atmosphere and a lovely pool area with sunbeds, and a bar area with seating where you can order your drinks & tapas. The good salt water pool is always clean and never cold! Pool towels provided and can be changed for fresh ones free of charge. Hotel room on first floor with small balcony & seating overlooking the pool area. Lovely large bathroom with walk in shower and a bidet! Staff all very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with adequate selection, very attentive staff quick to clear away your dishes! All in all a very pleasant & relaxing stay

We always use the tea / coffee making facilities in the room at the end of the day. However we were surprised to be told that the hotel does not refresh these facilities each day. So we only had two small capsules of milk (for three of us!) for our entire stay. Luckily we always bring our own tea bags, but had to resort to getting a paper cup of milk from the pool bar (for 2 euros). Only a small niggle, but one you tend to remember! From then on It was a standing joke with us about an obvious shortage of milk in the area! I suggest the hotel revises this petty policy as we have never experienced this in any other hotel.

From the location to the friendliness of the staff, the inner courtyard with the pool, the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and tapas 🤩 our stay was amazing.! 5-8 minutes walking distance from the sea / seaside restaurants, hotel pool super comfy, excellent staff and service, all sorts of beaches available 10-15 minutes by car from the hotel, 20 minites by car to the coty of Marbella, since we wanted to visit them too, but the area where the hotel is located is fabulous. The room had everything needed and the hotel bar staff and atmosphere here was amazing and everyone super helpful. Best honeymoon!
