The entrance code to the main door of the building did not work, the first time after arrival one of the residents of the building let us in. The code to the apartment door worked without a problem. After arrival, after a 14-hour journey, it turned out that the apartment was prepared for 2 people, although the reservation was for 3 people. My son slept the first night without bedding covered with a towel (incorrect information passed on to the cleaning team). The window in the bedroom was untight or damaged, even with a moderate wind, sounds - whistling from the window did not allow you to sleep without earplugs. The equipment of the apartment was very worn-out, some of the equipment was in a state of unusability - toaster, frying pans, knives, hair dryer (it supposedly buzzes but only strange sounds without air blowing). When using the oven and hob at the same time, it cuts off the power in the entire apartment, the plugs have to be reset in complete darkness.. This happened a few times and we simply used either the oven or the hob.. In the bathroom, there is a disgusting stench from the water drain pipes, it was really hard to stay in the bathroom for a while, probably a problem in the entire building because the same stench in the corridors with the drain grate.. The toilet is so close to the washing machine that when sitting on it, our knees are on the washing machine.. No dishwasher or coffee machine in the apartment.. The reservation included parking, which turned out to be a public parking, or more precisely, parking along the street in front of the building, sometimes at a considerable distance because everything was occupied.
