Owner is nice.

To be improved

Even though the tiny room is barely passable the rest of amenities are unacceptable. There was no hot water (owner had issue with a boiler), the shower, as well as all other furnishings were old and falling apart; shower door was hanging on one screw and had wholes repaired with black tape. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty and sticky, disgusting.
