“Lovely, well equipped and spacious colonial house among banana plantations.”
It was very easy to get in, and they were very accommodating with our uncertain arrival time. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. It is a lovely typical, spacious colonial house with original furniture among banana plantations. They even have great sunbeds that we used to look at the stars! It is in a great place if you are looking for a quiet time with a great view to the ocean. Puerto trigo is nearby and it is a quiet little beach, we also liked “El Remo” beach, great for snorkeling and family time, but not much shade. Please take the directions in booking, not the ones in Google, because it takes you down a steep road and for the address, search for Pancho Molina in Google, since it is a bit further from the address given in booking. Great starting point for exploring the North, like Charco Azul or hiking in the forest.
The beds were a bit hard for me, but we still slept very well.
“Have been there 20 years ago; nothing changed: it is still Heaven.”
La Palma, and particularly Puntallana is a pearl of Europe. It is just beautiful, the beaches nearby are great, the drive from the capital is short
