The property was fantastic - it looked new and previously unused. Marta arranged to meet me and show me around the apartment and car garage.

Marta was the best host ever! She is the most kind and thoughtful person. She met us when we arrived at the apartment and gave us a tour of the house. She explained where to go, what restaurants to try, how to walk up into the old town. She even rode with us in our car to take us to the included parking garage spot and walked us back to the apartment! Marta even had some welcome snacks, water, coffees, teas, wine for us to enjoy. No detail was spared- everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay is here! The apartment is so big- 2 floors, new, modern, high tech fixtures and appliances, automatic black out drapes, there's plenty of windows, a nice big terrace, high ceilings- it is the most gorgeous place! It was so easy to walk over to the escalators which take you up into the old town of Avila. It is also a very safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Avila to look no further and book this apartment!

A modern apartment close to historic city centre. Kitchen was excellent with plenty of pots and pans. Bathroom was equipped with a luxurious shower. WiFi worked well Welcome and explanation of apartment was first class. Underground garage parking a minutes walk away was very welcome.
