Amazing view and very friendly and efficient communication all contributed to a great holiday in Tenerife. Apartment is clean and tidy with everything you need and well situated in an area that's not too crowded but also not too isolated.

The best

Everything was perfect, especially the view!😍 we enjoyed on terrace every warm evening. There was no private parking, but it's not a problem to find a free place for a car nearby. The swimming pool is situated like this, that sun doesn't warm it, so the water was cold, but for me it was OK. We were here on December, maybe in summer it's warmer 😁.

“A fantastic rest and relaxation Tenerife holiday in a home away from home.”

The best

The facilities within the property were excellent and just what we needed for a home away from home for our holiday. The available space was much bigger than we thought and actually needed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was immaculate from a cleanliness and hygiene perspective. With the apartment being on the 5th floor we were very grateful for the lift in the building but it made the panoramic views spectacular. The agent managing this property was excellent and could not do enough for us and even came to warn us about the impending tropical cyclone !! We will definitely consider staying back in this apartment when we come back to Tenerife.

To be improved

The only real thing was the weather which was nothing to do with the agents or the apartment. We have never seen so much rain ! and it was not expected but with the canopies we could still sit outside for a few days. The only other issue which we were aware of when we booked was the lack of Wifi which was actually good to have a bit of a detox. Being on the 5th floor the 4G signal was good so it didnt matter too much. The TV was great although not many British channels or radio stations worked via the satellite. My partner didnt mind the lack of Eastenders !!
