To be improved

Outside furniture needs a little attention, but we still enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the space.

Just spent 6 wonderful weeks in this apartment. Check in / key collection very simple & easy to find. Location is perfect, 25 minute stroll to the Balcón de Europa, close to supermarkets (5-10 mins walk) walking distance to beaches too. Apartment is very well equipped & spacious. Very clean on arrival. Fantastic views from the balcony and roof terrace. Fernando the host is very responsive to messages. 2 designated parking spaces under the apartment building make it perfect for a larger vehicle. As other reviews have mentioned, the only negative would be that the outdoor furniture needs review. I’d highly recommend this property for a stay in Nerja and am already looking forward to returning. Overall a great experience.

“Good value for money for a short stay”

We chose Nerja as a middle point in our trip so we stayed only 2 nights and for that purpose it was ok.The apartment is on the top so you can enjoy a very nice view of the sea and in front of the building there is a sport club and you might enjoy a soccer game. The beds are on the hard side but for us it was good so no problem with that. If you arrive by car, the entrance is different from the main entrance. The complex has 3 buildings so once you park your car, make sure you go to the entrance that is next to the parking lot, otherwise you will be in another building. Even though, we were told that the elevator was not working, while we were there, we had no problem. Everything was clean. There is a supermarket in walking distance, you can see it from the apartment.

To be improved

Unfortunately, we could not use the kitchen because there was a missing knob and the pans were not making good contact with the kitchen so It did not warm up and we could not have our eggs for breakfast. Since our stay was short we did not have time to notify this to the host but we did it just now. These are issues that are easy to solve for the next guests.
