“A wonderful well equipped and located property spoilt only by lack of ventilation in third bedroom”

very well equipped property, amazing location particularly the veranda overlooking the sea with good astroturf so we could do yoga every day to the sound of the waves, very convenient for walking into town but away from the noise of the bars, comfortable beds, good shower

To be improved

the third 'bedroom' should not have been described as such as it has no ventilation, the high window could not be opened and the managers of the property first told us they would sort it, then that they couldn't then just before our 10 days was up, asked if they could come to see it, they tried the same as we had, and could not get it open - it needs a ladder to reach up that high, and probably some tools to unstick the window catch. We would have given the property 5 stars and everything marked excellent if this window could be opened, or if it had been sold as a 2 bedroom property

The location is perfect. You can see and hear the ocean and enjoy the view of Los Gigantes mountains.

To be improved

I transferred money but have not received the invoice yet. They promised to send it, but they seem reluctant to pay taxes.

“I wanted an amazing place. I wasn’t disappointed.”

The best

Location, location, location. Sizeable and the view from the garden is SUPERB. Waves, Los Gigantes, sea, chills. Accommodation is EXTREMELY well provided and comfortable. Near to all amenities yet secluded enough to be quiet. Watching the waves crash on the rocks was mesmerising.

To be improved

There was just a tiny issue at the end to do with leaving the keys and confirmation where to do it. I was a little stressed about that. VERY minor issue. The first toilet smells - just leave the door shut. I’m sure it’s a minor issue and to be fair I never brought it up before and already forgot about it, such was how great the overall stay was. There is an en-suite too which is great though.

“Amazing house!!! Amazing host!!! Will come back!!!”

The best

I was really impressed with this house and with the host. The house and the terrace were very comfy. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including a wide variety of kitchen equipment and utensils. Even candles and matches are available for romantic dinners if you need them ))) The view from the terrace is stunning!!! You can spend hours resting on sunbeds, looking at Los Gigantes cliffs, and listening to the ocean sound. I cannot express how perfect it was!!! The house can easily suit a minimum of 6 people. We were just two adults and two kids, so we had plenty of space. The house is in a quiet area with no traffic or other disturbances. A perfect place to relax! There were no issues with parking. I could always park the car in front of the house without problems. The house is located only a 5-minute walk from the Natural Cliff Pool. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. I will definitely come back to the same house. My family loved it!!! A special thanks to Mr. Renzo, who met us at the house and showed us everything. He was extremely responsive and supportive!

There is nothing to be mentioned here. Everything was perfect!
