“Please take this apartment off your booking site, Noone should ever have to go through such trauma”

At the day of check in, we had to wait outside for 3 hrs to get inside the apartment, had to ask cafe, restaurants and shops around these buildings if they could work out what the actual address was. Corner cafe owner helped me to speak to the apartment owner so I could understand how to get in, an incomplete address was given in the confirmation email, we were going round and round the buildings to try and work out where the building and the apartment was. The corner cafe owner who helped me to speak to the owner of this apartment (eventually once I got hold of him on the phone), told me that this person was very rude on the phone, I do not speak Spanish, so put it down to language barrier at the time. Once we got in, it was not a 2 bedroom apartment as was advertised. It's a one bedroom apartment. The owner has to be new with letting out his apartment, because he confirmed the booking 2 hrs after me gaining access to the apartment. I also say that because if that's how he checks people in and out, I highly doubt he would have lasted long on any booking site, surely there would have been many complaints for this property to be removed off these booking sites. No instructions, email, phone call, text or anything to say when the checkout was meant to be, we stayed for 6 nights, we were never told what time the checkout was meant to be and what the checkout process was. I just assumed that I would be leaving the key in the keysafe outside the building.

“We enjoyed the location and the flat and definitely would like to return.”

The best

Location was good. View from the apartment was fantastic. We enjoyed our time there 100%! Didn't miss anything in the flat! Bed was very good and there was no noise from neighbors nor street! Easy access and a short walk to city center. Grocery shops near by, same with restaurants and bars.

“Amazing flat, clean, with nice kitchen and Real Panoramic Sea View”

The best

I rented that place for the View, and YES, that was really amazing! High floor, Real Panoramic Sea View with nice terrace! Inside, everything was perfect, huge fridge, nice kitchen, Very efficient Air Conditioning and very easy to get the keys.

To be improved

A little bit far away from the center, 15 minutes walking, old building (no matter the flat is really well done inside). Elevetors are very old (it takes almost 1'30 minute for the elevator to reach the top of the building). But this is the price to pay for such a nice view!
