“Unfortunate start with very unhelpful person…”

Awful..never again with booking.com or any property owned by easy rentals Tenerife..We have stayed in Balcon due Los Gigantes complex over 50 times but never been treated like this..We arrived in Tenerife at 7.30 pm Sat 29th March..phoned the number as directed from our taxi-to be met at the apartment in approximately 40 min..We sat on the street for 2hours waiting for Anna from Moldova ..the rudest most unhelpful person I ever dealt with..She was busy/ only answered her phone occasionally during those 2 hours..said she would be 5 minutes then 20 minutes then didn’t answer at all….shocking..We honestly thought we had nowhere to stay and started googling hotels!.. She eventually arrived with her card machine for a deposit. No apology/ no showing how things worked just 1 key/ 1 swipe card for entrance..Apartment had no toilet paper..not a scrap..Not even a bottle of water in the fridge..this was now 10.30 pm…Clean apartment..Very dark inside/ in a corner with no privacy from others…Sun on balcony from 3pm..Comfortable beds.. Basic also in ways..2 tiny hand towels/ 2 very very small bath towels..for 12 day stay..We had to buy 2 large towels to dry properly after a shower..No pool towels / no tea towels…needless to stay we will not return & will be very wary who owns any apartment we stay in..

A confusion on collection of key resulting in 1 hour wait. Address should include Balcon de Los Gigantes as taxi sat nav only took us to a rough location. Only one key was very inconvenient and when we asked for two keys we were told there is only one. No cushions for sunbeds so we bought some and left them in the apartment for others to use.

“Winter brake”

The best

The nice and comfortable flat, very well equipped bedrooms, leaving room and kitchen , there are a bathroom in muster bedroom and the bathroom at second bedroom. The large and well equipped balcony to south, nice view to swimming pool and ocean on horizone. Good location , short distance to the see coast, shops etc. Nice view from the street.

To be improved

Problems with the linking coridors lightening at night, because no info where are switches or instraction how switch it on. Delay or no responce to our messages. The deposed €300 was refunded with delay more then 2 weeks and only after several reminders and Booking.com involment.

Hard to park as too many cars in area gave us card for car park which didn't work . Also if you want a bath only enough for 1/3 even a shower water runs out pretty fast by the end it's cool Messaged rep but couldn't help .
