“Location good, small ready to be renovated place”

This is a great location, being close to the train station and across from the Mercado Victoria - a great place to eat.

To be improved

The room is ready for renovation and could use bedside lamps. The method to get in was questionable especially given the poor wifi. When we returned to the room at 10pm, we could access the front door, but the apartment door did not respond to the code until luckily I moved to a slightly different location and got a signal. Not having the room cleaned and ready by 3 was a slight inconvenience, but the staff worked hard to make it happen.

“Great location and view in Cordoba”

The view from the apartment over the old city is stunning. The location on the edge of a huge beautiful park and on the edge of the old city is perfect. Its proximity to the train station is great. The beds are comfortable.

To be improved

The check in system is antiquated at best. You need to download an app to gain access to the building and then access the room key via a lock box. This system is dependent on internet access. If you don’t have or run out of data you are not getting in. The apartment does not have internet as stated in the ad. We contacted and explained this to the absentee management company every day for four days and they did absolutely nothing to get it fixed and working. They just kept saying it must be your devices. We travel around the world regularly and never have connection problems and are I.T. savvy. They just talked via messaging in circles and never fixed it as they are in some other country. As we work remotely this was a Huge problem and we were forced to purchase additional data packages to do our work. Just be aware that if you have an issue while renting it is going to go unresolved and it is very frustrating. The rental also had broken furniture, popping tiles in the bathroom and is in need of maintenance. It’s unfortunate that this company from afar is managing this as this place has huge potential .

Sunset western view from 7th floor was great !

Balcony view was beautiful but during rush hours traffic noise is loud outside. Very quiet inside with glass doors closed. Dont let this bother you. Good value.
