cleanness was terrible, the floors were dirty, the bathrooms, the kitchen stove, walls were splashed, the utensils wrecked dirty, the fridge had crumbs of food left. Moisture - the bedroom had moisture, which is shown in the photos coldness - the rooms were not warmed up for our arrival, even though the hosts knew that we arrive with a baby, and we arrived late, that would normally give time to heat, but it was freezing cold. This problem was resolved with an additional heater and more time. hosts were unkind and told us our expectations of cleanness were too high. We requested a refund of the last night, but the representative told us she's not empowered to make such decisions. And when we asked about the manager we were lot he's not working weekends and will contact us (maybe). Nobody reached out to us later.
