“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment was quite new and welcoming. You have everything that you need. The swimming pool was amazing, it was very relaxing and quiet, you have your own key for it and no one can get access to it without the key, which is good that everything is secured. The neighbours are lovely and the neighbourhood is very relaxing. Andrew was helping us all the time if we needed something, our flight was delayed for a few hours and he was waiting for us at the apartment without any problem. Thank you for everything! We will defo come back !

“It was sufficient this experience”

The peace of the neighbourhood-it is an old yard with many,many apartments around. The parking is easy to find.

To be improved

The pillows and bed are really uncomfortable, like the pillows are really outdated and overused. Ants in the apartment(just one day)...but it was OK 👍 in the end as there was a spray available 😁. The spray was used,so it seems it's not the first time. The clean can be significantly improved.(look in the picture how 'clean' was, also sink in the bath) The check out -you leave the keys in the apartment and on the main door of the building, you need to wait for anyone to let you outside -not professional.

“Canarian paradise”

The apartment nice, clean, modern and exactly the same as shown on photos. Bed was extra firm which was exactly how we like. Andrew proved that he is an amazing host by welcoming us, showing apartment amenities, thinking about everything that guests need and having the answers to all of our questions and requests. We had all that one can need for the stay including even spare charger, sun protection creame and sun shade to bring to the beach and much more...The island is perfect even at the end of the May to enjoy all kind of sports for quite very active vacation and this point where the apartment is located with rented car makes easily reachable all points of interest that Tenerife can offer swiming, cycling, surfing or windsurfing, hiking...Bus station is down the street so everything is reachable even like that. We definitely can't wait to come back.

To be improved

Nothing particularly. I couldn't pay by linked credit card but Andrew offered few method and solutions over booking messages, so everything went well.
