I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay Unfortunately, I experienced serious issues that need immediate attention. Firstly, I have reason to believe that the hotel is not operating in compliance with legal standards.I noticed that there were no proper licenses displayed, and several safety protocols were not followed."] This raises significant concerns about the safety and legitimacy of the hotel’s operations. Secondly, I discovered that food items were missing from the fridge of the kitchen , which I did not consume. This is completely unacceptable, and I suspect that someone from the hotel staff may have taken these items without my consent. I expect a thorough investigation into these matters and appropriate action to be taken. I also request a refund for the items taken from the minibar and any other related charges that may have been incorrectly applied to my bill. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps that will be taken to resolve these issues. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter.
