“The perfectly located Calpe getaway”

The apartment is perfectly situated in front of the beach and is very close to Ifach. We loved the spacious balcony that lets you have meals while enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. It is also close to restaurants and convenient stores. Carles, the host is very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely book this again if we get to come back. The photos on the website are really representative of how the apartment looks irl.

The location of the property is amazing. The view is outstanding. You have everything you need, beach, pool, sights, restaurants and shops - this is the perfect place, especially if you have children and want to avoid the hassle of walking everywhere.

To be improved

Beds are a little hard, but I think they all are in Spain! Don't let this put you off, get out of bed and see Calpe!

“It is a great location for a relaxing holiday even with kids.”

The property is in prime location with a great view to the see. The swimming pool is large and guarded by a full time lifeguard. Easy access to the underground garage with a fair size parking spot. The key collection was simple with the host.

To be improved

The bathroom and the kitchen needs some maintenance but in general everything was in working order.

“Scenic Views and Convenience Tarnished by Misrepresentation and Lack of Essentials”

On a brighter note, the terrace was spacious, offering a great view. In the mornings, the beach was peaceful and uncrowded. The apartment was within walking distance of some pleasant cafes and shops, and the location was excellent overall. Just bear in mind that the apartment is not on the first line, and there's a road separating you from the pool, which we were unable to access.

Our experience with the apartment was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The photos misrepresented the location as the seafront, but there is a road and another building before the sea. The parking situation was far less convenient than indicated in the photos; our assigned spot was in a far, dark corner. Despite seeing the swimming pool from our balcony, we couldn't access it with the keys provided, although this didn't detract too much from our experience as the nearby beach was a good alternative. There were some concerns regarding the payment process, as the host suggested an arrangement that could potentially violate Booking.com's policies. So make sure you stick to booking.com all the way when booking this property. The apartment's furnishings were mostly of low-quality materials. The TV's remote control was non-functional, which was an inconvenience. The kitchen lacked basic supplies such as salt, pepper, and oil, and essentials such as soap and extra toilet paper were nowhere to be found. Having to shop for these necessities ate into our vacation time, which was disappointing. Lastly, despite the bed's high quality, the plastic lining under the sheets made for an uncomfortable, sweaty sleep experience.
