The staff, especially Felix, were really friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

We were very disappointed with this apartment. The title promised a “luxurious paradise with jacuzzi and terrace,” but in reality, it was far from that. The so-called terrace is a tiny balcony, and the “jacuzzi” is just a small bathtub with jets. There was nothing luxurious about the apartment itself, especially considering the high price.

Great location. Make sure to buy the bus pass as this makes it much easier and cheaper to get to the old town- about 15 minutes on buses that come every 5 or 10 minutes.

Maybe the main living area is a bit small but very nice apartment

Both bathrooms smelled of sewer. This is a known problem because there are aromatic diffusers in the bathrooms. Double beds did not have full size mattresses, more like military cots.

Felix was a very thoughtful and excellent host. The location is safe and perfect for families. The apartment is very clean and modern. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Sheets were clean and easy to melt into for a restful nights sleep. Very centric to all major local points of interest. 20 min walk to Concha Beach. Was perfect for our family of 5!
