“Quiet apartment, sunny balcony”

Large apartment, 2 bathrooms, sunny balcony until 3, Netflix, prime available to stream. everything we needed in kitchen Spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels, lovely hot water.

To be improved

It was too far out for my 87yr mum to get to beach/restaurants in the main area. There was no information pack which would have helped with taxis/buses/recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The kitchen sink plug didn't work, so couldn't leave pots to soak. The balcony chairs were very hard to sit on. The lift broke on the first day but the hosts got it fixed in 2hours. Steps down to the pool so no ideal with mobility issues.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped with everything you need for a good staying The position is good but car is essential especially if you have kids. The beaches close to the apartment are not really child friendly and apartment is on a hill so be aware about it

To be improved

The washing machine was a bit old and I found mold inside, also found a leaking under it after the first wash. I have advised the administrator of the apartment and she offered me help straight away. the issue has been resolved on its own so all good at the end

Our taxi driver from the airport had not heard of your property, neither had the local taxi drivers, so we gave our pick up point as the hotel down the road. It took us a good hour to find it, with the help of the hosts on WhatsApp.

“Lovely apartment in a lovely neighbourhood”

The best

The property's common area and pools were well kept. The heated pool was quite nice and the area around it as well. The apartment itself was lovely, with a nice living room area and spacious bedrooms. We did have some problems in the beginning with extra keys and other things but both the owners and Sunkey rents were quick to help so all in all we were very happy with the apartment and our stay. Would recommend and book again!

To be improved

There would be a huge improvement if it would be possible to turn on the fan in the living room without turning on the light over the dining room table.

“Really nice stay”

The best

Contact-less check-in and keys taking procedure. Nice balcony and view in the balcony. This booking has a private garage parking slot. You wont need to "fight" for a free parking slot outside :) Very nice pool

To be improved

A bit too loud street nearby. You cannot open the window during the night due to loud traffic outside. Together with that, I missed the air conditioner a lot. Other than that was really nice.
