“Disappointing”

We booked this Villa for 5 Adults as, per the photos shown, they sleeping arrangements looked to be perfect. It turned out that the single bed is now a bunk bed, which I don't consider is appropriate for an adult and wouldn't have looked twice at this villa if that had been shown. They are trying to pitch this villa for 6 Adults!! The Villa itself is woefully undersocked, in many respects for a party of our size. In truth this villa shouldn't be marketed for any more than 4 adults. The Hot Tub never actually got Hot throughout our stay!! The Villa is in urgent need of some basic maintenance. For instance all the outside chairs legs need tightening as they are all wobbly and one has a split in the leg. I have complained to Booking.com that there website pictures are in urgent need of updating and very few are a true to the current furnishing etc and they have said they will work with the owner to update the imformation shown. So, currently, the picures cannot be relied upon.

The villa is lovely and is in a great location within 20 minutes of town centre. The three bedrooms are well spaced out and there is loads of communal space to share too.

To be improved

Some areas could do with a little repainting and general renewal but nothing to compromise our enjoyment!

What a wonderful stay we had here. The spacious and comfortable house had good views, a swimming pool, and a parking space on site. It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, and the bars, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance.

The best

The location of the villa and the layout was very good. Villa was well equipped with clean bedding, towels and utensils. The outdoor seating area was also pleasant with views of the dunes.

To be improved

I'm afraid to say the villa did feel a bit tired with missing light fittings and aging furniture. We were also disappointed the hot tub only heated to above 30 degrees on the first night. We did report this but was not fixed

“Nice family stay 😊”
The best

The location of the vila is ok. Not in center, but still close by. Dune beach is near by. Nice terrace, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The chairs and sunbeds in terrace were new.

To be improved

The kitchen is equipped just for breakfast. If you would like to prepare a dinner there is not enough dishes, etc. House is used by a guest- traveler and it would be really nice that there were some spices, salt, etc. We are use to this ;)
