We had stayed here before so knew what to expect. As usual upto to Parador standards.

To be improved

No tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

“Pleasant stay in village location”

The best

Location and the fact that it is a historical building. Beds were comfortable and room very clean. Helpful and pleasant staff.

To be improved

Would have liked to see the tower without scaffolding. Smallest bedroom that we have been allocated staying in a Parador but for one night was adequate.

“Relaxing in Beautiful surroundings”

Staff in the bar and terrace were outstanding. Beautiful surroundings Very peaceful Lovely lounges to relax in

Breakfast staff were rude , Unwelcoming and so bad that we actually complained to management . The issues were dealt with but rather they hadn’t occurred in the first place . Well below the usual parador standard for excellent service. The rooms are tired but we knew that prior to arrival and it is reflected on the price so not an issue.

“Beautiful surroundings, reception staff friendly. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very large and comfortable. Lots of seating areas. Very good food. · Cons: Rooms were very hot, no air conditioning. Bedrooms are dated but are acceptable, however bathrooms felt really dated. Felt it was missing a pool.”
