“Beautiful stay”
The best

We loved everything about our stay and didn’t want to leave. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely view out of our windows. The spa and pool are lovely calm areas. The spa comes at an extra cost but the pool is free to use. We also enjoyed walking around the parador and exploring the different areas such as the library and the archeological ruins. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a good variety to choose from. Staff were all lovely and helpful. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

The best

What a fantastic place! Clean, comfortable and well managed. Only stayed one night but wished we’d booked for longer to explore everything on offer. Our motorbikes have never had such luxurious parking.

Staff were poorly trained and quite rude at times. We had a serious problem with one of the rooms (water coming through the ceiling) and staff were unwilling to compensate as it had been booked through Booking.com

“Having stayed at many Hotels & Paradors while motorcycling around Spain, This one is Very Special”
The best

Well what can you about this Parador (we have stayed in several) Its a stunner both in size inc the very large rooms. The breakfast and in particular the evening meals were 1st class, with brilliant friendly staff.

It’s a very grounding and peaceful space. Hard to describe in words. The feeling is expansive and beautiful.

To be improved

The bar area, as others have mentioned, is underwhelming. If you sit outside, it’s much nicer with a calming atmosphere. (Inside, not so).
