“Wonderful hotel to base yourself in El Hierro.”
The best

Beautiful setting, lovely room, great staff and good food. Hotel was perfect for our trip, lots of comfortable seating areas inside and out to take advantage of the beautiful views. Breakfast buffet was really good and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant too. Parking at the hotel was plentiful also.

To be improved

We knew the pool and leisure facilities were out of action when we booked but after a busy day out and about it would have been good to be able to swim taking in the great views, hopefully renovation work will be done.

Our room, number 410, was at the highest level and on the corner, with L-shaped balcony. We loved sitting out there with sea and mountain views.

To be improved

Was a little tricky climbing into the bath to use the shower.

Rooms appear to have had a soft refurb, so mostly modern/clean/comfortable with decent beds. Bathrooms haven’t been done, but showers are good (enough hot water) Breakfast is decent enough with good coffee Spectacular location

To be improved

No coffee/tea facilities in room Dinner only starts at 8pm, and due to high quality of restaurant you need to book in advance (not informed before stay) with no other restaurants nearby that are open (it’s near the end of a dead end road) Swimming pool area currently closed due to erosion by sea
