“Fabulous location and historic building”
The best

We had a wonderful stay in this Parador; it is the most fantastic historic castle, beautifully renovated. The staff were excellent. There are no evening meals available but there are many very good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Kind and courteous staff. They answered all my questions and concerns. They also brought my luggage up and down the stairs, which my knees weren’t able to do myself.

The best

The Place Is unique and you feel likes being part of history yourself. View from out room was breathtaking despite the awful weather conditions. I hope I can be back there in Better climate

“Over-priced.”
The best

This Parador is now getting very ex[pensive and is really not worth the price. We paid €395 per night for a room on the third floor which was too small to accommodate a comfortable char. The lift is cramped and incredibly slow The Hotel also falls short in standards of Cleanliness; there were cockroaches on the ground floor.

“Hondarribia - Exploring”
The best

The Paradore is amazing with its location, position and history yet beautifully restored and renovated. After a full day exploring it was wonderful to return to the Paradore and relax instantly. The staff are welcoming and helpful. We stayed in Room 301 with a beautiful view across the Atlantic to France and all the town. We would return and spend longer in Hondarribia. Thank you to the Lander, Costa and all the team.
