“We were impressed that this nice of a hotel is located in the middle of a remote national park. The room was very comfortable and is well furnished. The hotel restaurant is also yummy. You can do stargazing just in the hotel backyard because they turn off the hotel lights, which is nice because you don't have to drive down the mountain in the dark. Would highly recommend buying a large container of water because reception didn't recommend us drink the tap water there and it gets super dry in the park · Cons: Want an easier or cheaper option to get filtered water for drinking”

“overall a great experience”
“Would love to stay again”
I really loved this hotel, it has beautiful views, is in a great location 5 mins walk from Roques des Garcia and the cable car is a short drive away. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, my room was very clean, comfortable and had a great view of El Teide. I had everything I needed and really enjoyed my stay.

“Clean and comfy with excellent breakfast — but many small things to be improved”
Comfy beds. Amazing views of the stars in the sky at night when the hotel switches all the lights off. Super clean. Very nice staff overall, most of them helpful and kind. The sauna & pool after our Teide hike were just great. The mashed potato and prawns at the restaurant were delicious. Also the most beautifully presented breakfast I’ve had in ages, with so many cute little bowls etc. The buses 348 & 342 stop right next to the hotel, so it’s really convenient if you don’t drive.
It’s not as fancy as it’s positioning itself. It shows in details: we couldn’t get a beer from the bar because it randomly closes during the day and no one explains it. The lady receptionist had no clue that the hotel offers dinner&room type of bookings, even though the contract you sign with them clearly mentions half-board and full-board. Checkout by 10am is really inconvenient, and you can’t use the pool or sauna after that because it requires a card. The pool is quite small, and the AC is so cold you can’t lie down indoors after swimming — and if you go out of the pool room, it’s incredibly windy. The acoustics in the room makes all sounds so loud - if there are kids in the pool, you might need some earplugs to relax.
“great hotel with kind and responsive staff and astonishing location”
“The room was nice—clean and tidy—but with little view. · Cons: What truly shocked me was the extremely rude service in the restaurant. One waitress actually slammed a plate down in front of me and gave me attitude simply because I didn’t order a drink. Even more alarming, while handing me the receipt, she was so abrupt that her fingernail accidentally scratched my hand. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and ruined an otherwise decent stay.”
