Parador de Nerja

Sad to report that the excellent Parador , which we enjoyed several times, is now closed for major reconstruction, and will not be open for 2026.

A lovely hotel but now closed for refurbisment. Hope it doesn’t get spoiled! It has been a favourite of ours for many years.

This was our second time visiting and our 10 day stay again lived up to all expectations. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed at the Parador de Nerja many times over the years and have always found it a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. The location is stunning with views over Burriana beach and the Mediterranean. The staff are always unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful and the food is top quality. It is a great shame we shall not be able to visit again until late 2027 due to the closure for refurbishment but I am sure we shall return once the Parador reopens. With the proposed improvements, it promises to be an even better experience and we look forward to returning to this wonderful location.

like coming home, staff so very welcoming. We have been many times before! We cannot wait for the renovations to finish so we can come back to “our” Suite!!

Fantastic hotel with beautiful views. Central but quiet with a marvellous spacious grassed area to sunbath and a superb swimming pool. Breakfast on the restaurant veranda looking out to sea is superb. A private lift down to Burriana beach and the bustle of restaurants and a stones throw from the Balcon and all its super restaurants. A truly marvellous place which is seemingly going yo be closed for refurbishment ! I'm in tears at the thought !
